Annotask

For businesses

A labeling team, without the hiring.

We recruit, train and review the annotators. You get datasets that meet the accuracy target we agree up front.

Quality process

Review is part of the price, not an add-on.

Attempt, Review and Final Review. Nothing reaches you until a final reviewer has signed it off.

Items with known answers are mixed into every batch to measure accuracy.

We agree a target per project and report against it on every batch.

Work sent back at Review returns to the annotator once, with the reason, before going through Review again.

Task levels

Every task passes three levels before it counts.

Attempt, Review and Final Review. Only tasks approved at Final Review are paid to the annotator and delivered to you.

  1. Level 1Annotator

    Attempt

Labels the item to the project guidelines and label schema.

  2. Level 2Reviewer

    Review

Checks the work, then approves it, corrects it, or sends it back with a reason.

  3. Level 3Final reviewer

    Final Review

Signs the task off. Only finally approved tasks are paid and delivered.

Security practices

Your data stays private from upload to deletion.

  • Client files stay in private storage. Annotators only see the items they are working on.
  • No download access for annotators, and watermarking where you need it.
  • Every annotator signs an NDA and contractor agreement before seeing data.
  • Encryption in transit and at rest.
  • Source files deleted after final delivery by default, or on your retention schedule.

Step one

Start with a paid pilot

We label 500–1,000 of your items with 100% review. You check the results and approve the guidelines before production begins.

Then

Production in batches

Batches run on a schedule agreed in the quote. Each arrives with a quality report, and you have 7 days to accept it or raise a dispute.
