Legal
Annotator terms
Draft pending legal review.
These terms apply when you join the Annotask annotator waitlist. Approved annotators sign a separate contractor agreement and NDA before seeing any client data.
Independent contractors
Annotators work as independent contractors, not employees. You choose your hours and which available tasks to take.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee work. We invite applicants to a qualification test when client projects need their skills.
Pay
Pay is per approved task, at the rate shown for each project. Rejected tasks may be reworked once and are unpaid if rejected again. Payouts run twice a month above a minimum threshold.
Your data
We handle your application data as described in our privacy policy.
