• Quote requests: name, company, work email, country, project details and any sample file you upload.
• Annotator applications: name, email, country, city, languages, experience, availability, device and internet speed.
• Contact messages: name, email and your message.
• Usage data: privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics on page views and form submissions.

How we use it

To reply to your request, prepare quotes, assess applications and run our service. We do not sell personal data. We keep annotator data to what is needed for vetting and payment.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host our site, store submissions and send email on our behalf, under data processing terms.
